I was hesitant at first to do this online purchase for a specific need of our School President. However, it is very convenient and I must say that the customer assistance I got was very very good. I sent a few emails for inquiry before doing the purchase and I received a call instead which I highly appreciate as it is very personalized. My emails were answered too by the same person. I am very satisfied with the first experience with the first purchase I made to the fact that it was installed and was attended to immediately when we had a problem - very efficient. The fact that the same person assisted me from the very first day up to my inquiries after it was installed and when we had a problem. Also, I like the fact that the person who installed it is the same person who came to assist when we had an issue with the product - it goes to show that there is consistency, I was not passed on to different people.
