I highly recommend DigitalHome. I work abroad and dealing with someone remotely can be tricky. good thing Jeressa was very prompt to reply on inquiries and even during post-sale (other companies usually aren't very helpful once you've done buying). Due to our condo restrictions and the nature of our current door, the item we bought from DigitalHome was not approved so I had to request a refund. again, Jerresa was very professional and prompt to act right away! we are hoping to deal with them again in the future.
