Hidden Defects
Defects discovered within 7 days that were not immediately visible may still be eligible, subject to inspection.

Return shipping is covered by DigitalhomePH for verified defects or wrong items

If no defect is found, the return will be denied, and shipping costs will be charged to the customer

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
