Return & Exchange Policy

At DigitalhomePH, we accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days from delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with complete packaging and proof of purchase

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos

  3. Our team will assess and advise on the next steps

Once verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Repair (if applicable)

  • Refund

Hidden Defects

Defects discovered within 7 days that were not immediately visible may still be eligible, subject to inspection.

Inspection & Shipping

  • All returns are subject to inspection

  • Return shipping is covered by DigitalhomePH for verified defects or wrong items

  • If no defect is found, the return will be denied, and shipping costs will be charged to the customer

⚠️ Please do not send items back without approval.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification

  • Items without original packaging/accessories

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
